January 2015 - So what's new with you?

I very much hope that 2015 has started well for you? January is a time for re'new'al generally - good new habits replacing the old not-so-good ones and some realistic goal setting too hopefully. It feels good huh! Making little changes that will pay off in the long run - making small steps towards becoming the best that we can be for now. Many are going alcohol free for a month - some are reducing their sugar or red meat intake - some are deciding to reduce toxin levels in the body by using kind organic products on their skin and in their homes like THESE HERE and some are promising to do a little more home yoga practice! Whatever you are up to all the best and keep at it.........and remember don't give up. Even if you lapse for a day or two - get back on the horse and start again. Happy 2015 and here's a little of what's new for me!
